birthday parties

While we look for the perfect studio location, let us bring the party to you! We’ll bring along various stations and craft materials to keep your little artists busy while also giving each guest some memorable, handmade party favors. 

All parties include 2 Hive Hosts who will set up, facilitate activities for 90 minutes total, and clean up everything so you don’t have to. Parties are for 6-25 artists.

We have three party options available. Don’t see what you had in mind? Just ask us! We’re willing to work with you to celebrate your artist in the best way possible.

Perfect for curious artists this package offers ample time for in-depth exploration of each station.

Includes:

Kinetic sand station with manipulatives to enjoy for the duration of the party (90 minutes)

3-sided plexiglass paint station with 5 paint colors per side to enjoy for the duration of the party (90 minutes) *Note: This is an erasable surface, artists will not keep a painting but photos are encouraged

Oversized personalized birthday card station (a collaborative coloring page among guests that becomes a keepsake for the birthday artist)

1 round of slime making (each artist will each take home their slime in resealable bags)

1 make-and-take craft per guest (choose any 1 from the attached list)

1 beaded bracelet or backpack chain from bead station

If you would like to book a party with us please fill out the form below.

Once we have confirmed your date, we will send you an invoice for the deposit.

The deposit is due one week prior to the party and is 50% of the total based on expected artists. The deposit will be applied toward the balance, which is due at the end of the 90 minutes. Balance will be calculated by artists in attendance and adjusted from quoted price if necessary. 

The deposit can be paid via Zelle, venmo, or in person at one of our market stands.

Crafts can almost always be tailored to themes or interests. We are happy to collaborate and assist with picking the perfect craft for your artists. Some options include: masks, party hats, cork critters, keychains, fairy houses, popsicle stick landscapes, animal magnets.
